Job Description:

Loan Factory is seeking a highly motivated, social-media-savvy recruiter to help grow our national team of loan officers. As a Loan Officer Recruiter, you will engage with mortgage professionals online and drive new talent to our platform through strategic outreach, content creation, and consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Add and connect with mortgage professionals daily on Facebook and LinkedIn (5+ per platform/day)

• Message at least 10 new LOs daily on social media (FB, IG, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Post daily in relevant FB/LinkedIn groups using content you create or with support from our marketing team

• Invite 5+ LOs weekly to our company webinar

• Create or request at least one short-form video weekly (reel, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

• Track content and outreach via internal trackers

• Engage with LO comments and questions about joining a brokerage
  

Requirements:

• Strong presence on at least one social media platform with 1,000+ friends or connections

• Solid communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet daily activity targets

• Experience in recruiting or mortgage industry is a plus
  

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role with monthly bonuses based on the performance of the loan officers you recruit:

• $250 – $2,000+ per LO based on their production

• Additional monthly bonuses up to $3,000 depending on total commissions earned

• Bonuses paid monthly; LOs must stay at least 60 days to qualify
