Loan Factory respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”)and other applicable law, we promptly respond to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Services. Under appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disable access to any material that appears to infringe copyright rights, with or without notice. Capitalized terms not defined in this Copyright Policy have the meanings set forth in our Terms & Conditions.
Submitting a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you believe that your copyright-protected work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide us with the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- 1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (for example, a link to your original work or a clear description of the materials allegedly being infringed upon).
- 2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it on our Services.
- 3. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- 4. The following statements:
“I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
“I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.” - 5. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name will suffice) of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Loan Factory’s response to notices of alleged copyright infringement may include the removal or restriction of access to the allegedly infringing material. Please note that the information provided in a notice of copyright infringement may be forwarded to the user who posted the allegedly infringing content.
Important Note on Bad-Faith Notices
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, if you knowingly make false claims about alleged infringement. If you are unsure whether material is infringing, you should consult an attorney before submitting a DMCA notice.
Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)):
- 1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- 2. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- 3. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in San Jose, California), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.
- 4. The following statements: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.” ;and
- 5. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name will suffice).
Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original notice. If we do not receive notice of legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. If a modification meaningfully reduces your rights, we'll notify you in accordance with the procedures set forth in our Terms & Conditions
