To ensure you receive all communications without interruption, we provide them electronically to the address you have provided us. You may request paper copies of any notices or disclosures at any time by contacting us.

Acknowledgement and Consent

By using Loan Factory’s electronic systems and accessing this disclosure:

• You are able to access and read electronic disclosures;
• You are able to print or save electronic disclosures for future reference; and
• You consent to receive all required notices, disclosures, authorizations, acknowledgements, and other documents electronically, unless you notify Loan Factory that you wish to receive them in paper format.

If at any time you are unable to access or retain electronic notices, or if you prefer paper delivery, please contact Loan Factory immediately to arrange an alternative delivery method.
